• Milestone Data: Personal milestones, target dates, celebratory logs, and progress tracking.
• App Preferences: Custom filter configurations, reminder times, and theme settings (Light/Dark mode).

• Technical Usage Diagnostics: Session telemetry to diagnose crashes and optimize performance across Web, Android, and iOS.
• Device Metadata: Operating system version, app build number, and screen size for responsive layout delivery.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to power your habit formation journey:

• Core Functionality: Calculating habit streaks, milestone countdowns, and daily schedule generation.
• Cross-Device Sync: Keeping your progress synchronized across Android widgets, iOS, and Web.
• Smart Reminders: Triggering customized habit alerts and milestone notifications that you configure.
• Quality & Stability: Fixing performance issues and verifying widget sync reliability.

3. Data Storage & Encryption

3.1 Cloud & Local Storage

• Cloud database storage is hosted on Google Cloud Firebase Firestore in certified enterprise data centers.
• All data transmission is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS/HTTPS protocols.
• Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 standard encryption.

3.2 Soft-Delete Protection

• Accidental habit or task deletions are protected by soft deletes, allowing easy recovery without permanent data loss.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data. Limited sharing only occurs with essential infrastructure partners:

• Google Firebase: For secure authentication and cloud database sync.
• Apple App Store & Google Play Services: For verified app distribution and native platform widget capabilities.
• Legal Requirements: Only if required by lawful court order or regulatory mandate.

5. Your Rights & Data Control

• Access & Export: You can view all data within the app and export your habit history to CSV on the Web version.
• Edit & Correction: You have full control to edit, rename, or re-categorize any habit or task at any time.
• Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data either in the app settings or via our Contact Form.
• Notification Control: You can toggle or silence notifications anytime through in-app settings or OS permissions.

6. Data Retention

• Active Usage: Your data remains available for as long as your account remains active.
• Deletion Requests: Upon confirmed account deletion, all personal data is wiped permanently within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately to have it removed.
